?M9.1 coordinates external payment schedule/status only. It is not escrow, payment processing, subscription billing, or contractor payout handling.

Customers submit warranty requests against active warranties. Selected contractors review, request more information, approve, schedule, perform service, resolve, reject with reasons, or close the request.
M8.3 adds warranty request submission, private evidence metadata, contractor review, scheduling, resolution, rejection, and closure.
M8.2 Warranty Definition

M7.4 Schedule Conflict and Reminder Support
Manage schedule conflicts, reminders, and change notifications.
Contractors and customers can see private overlap warnings, upcoming reminder records, and schedule-change notification status. External delivery providers and calendar sync remain deferred.
M7.4 adds private schedule conflict warnings, configurable reminders, and in-app schedule-change notifications.
M7.3 Customer Reschedule Workflow
Request, review, reject, accept, or propose an appointment alternative.

M5.1 Contractor Selection
Create and review core estimates, then select from accepted estimates.
Contractors can draft and submit a basic estimate; project customers can review, accept, or reject. Estimate questions, contractor responses, no-response follow-up status, and private read-only comparison are now captured in estimate context. Standard Estimate detail is supported for local MVP workflow, and M5.1 now allows selection from an accepted estimate plus active project context. Payments, PayTrack, scheduling, messaging, and direct contact release remain deferred.
Customer estimate review
M4.4 Multiple Estimate Comparison
Compare multiple estimates side by side.
Project customers can compare submitted, withdrawn, rejected, accepted, and expired estimate information in a read-only view. This does not select a contractor, release direct contact details, or activate project execution.
M5.1 Contractor Selection
Select contractor and activate project.
Customers can select a contractor only from an accepted estimate, then activate the project execution context. Accepted terms remain visible to the customer and selected contractor. This does not release direct contact, exact worksite address, scheduling, messaging, PayTrack, escrow, invoices, or payments.
M5.2 Project Milestones
Manage active project milestone timeline.
Selected contractors can create, reorder, and transition milestones for an active project. Customers can view the timeline. This is not scheduling, messaging, PayTrack, payment, change orders, or evidence uploads.
M5.3 Project Progress
Track active project progress and private evidence.
Selected contractors can post project or milestone progress and private evidence metadata. Customers can view progress history and the documented overall calculation. This is not messaging, scheduling, PayTrack, payment, warranty, change orders, public file sharing, or native app behavior.
Private evidence metadata
M5.4 Project Messaging
Send private project-linked messages.
The project customer and selected contractor can exchange ordered private messages, track unread/read state, and add protected attachment metadata. This is not realtime chat, AI summaries, scheduling, PayTrack, payment, change orders, public contact release, external delivery, or native app behavior.
Protected message attachment metadata
M5.5 Change Orders
Manage controlled post-acceptance change orders.
Selected contractors can propose scope, cost, or schedule-impact changes after project activation. Customers approve or reject before revised terms are recorded. This is not PayTrack, payment, invoices, scheduling, warranty, materials procurement, or property-management behavior.
M4.5 Standard Estimate
Build a detailed standard estimate.
Contractors can add detailed line items, materials, discounts, tax, payment schedule labels, and warranty limitations. Payment schedule entries are planning information only, not PayTrack, escrow, invoices, or money movement.
Line item
Materials, discount, tax, payment, warranty
M4.2 Estimate Questions
Clarify an estimate before acceptance.
Customers can ask estimate-specific questions and the matching contractor can respond. This is not general messaging, direct contact release, contractor selection, scheduling, or payment coordination.
M4.3 No-response Follow-up
Review estimate follow-up status.
Customers receive no-response reminders through in-app notifications only. Contractors can see follow-up and expiration status without receiving private contact details.
M3.4 Marketplace Notifications
Review in-app marketplace notifications.
Notifications are user-owned, in-app only, and use safe action links. Email, SMS, push, real-time delivery, estimates, contractor selection, scheduling, PayTrack, blog, showcase, and commerce remain deferred.

Manage a tenant-isolated company profile.
Owners and delegated admins can maintain company profile details. Owner-only admin delegation and cross-company isolation are enforced by the backend.
M2.2 Individual Contractor Profile

Contractors can describe their capabilities, active categories/skills, service areas, and certifications. The public profile stays useful without exposing private contact data.

Manage private customer profile details.
Customers can save their own profile and preferences. Email and phone remain private; public projections are intentionally limited.
M1.3 Identity Verification
Verify before protected marketplace actions
